Restrictions
Upwork is restricted from conducting business with individuals or entities located or traveling in restricted areas. Businesses or individuals in the following regions and countries are not permitted to register for accounts or utilize our platform:
- Iran
- North Korea
- Israel
- Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR)
- Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR)
- Any other country or region restricted by law (this changes occasionally)
Finally, if you have been suspended from Gulfinder in the past, you will not be allowed to work on our platform again, and new accounts will be closed.
